Beware of really poor management service. Tried to change something with a gift receipt from birthday at day 15th and they did not approved the exchange as their policy is 14 days. Not even took the time to listen or try to negotiate, it was just a not we can not do it and we do not care what you as customer says. Customer service is key and this place is doing completely the opposite. Not to mention that the quality of the products looks cheap. Will never buy from this store never nor buy a gift to anyone. This store does not deserve to be in this location.

My fiancé washed her dress by the manufacturer recommendation and it bled into the lighter color. They were very rude to her about having other stains on it and it’ didn’t. She offered to send it to them and then they went on about she wore it once. Really bad customer service. It was also within the 14 days and they have done nothing about it. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!

My wife loves this place and we have spent a lot of money here. So I buy her a Christmas present there 2 weeks prior to Christmas. We travel for Christmas so by the time we get back home, kids back to school etc and she goes to exchange the items that don't fit she is told she cannot do so. They say they only have a 14 day return policy. Which on its own is like super limited and around Christmas it should be at least 30 days and exceptions should be made. Called the store and they said the owner has instructed that there is no exceptions. So now we are stuck with clothes that don't fit my wife, she cant exchange it, we are out a few hundred dollars and we will probably not shop here again. Having such strict policies is just as you can see not good for anyone, the customer or the owner. This could easily be a 5 star review if with any type of care for the customer was shown to us.
