Very pretty and quiet neighborhood town center. New restaurants, Ice Cream Bars, coffee shops and many more also a beautiful park in front of the Medical Building.
The UF staff all just moved to this location from Fort Wade road so same great staff, great new location, even easier to get to.
Was really pleasant visit. The staff was very helpful and told us a lot information about the area and homes around.
I know the Nocatee Town Center very well as I work nearby and walk around it almost everyday. I just mentioned the 1st great thing about Nocatee Town Center, that it's close to commercial buildings. If you work nearby it is a wonderful convenience. I also have a secret. Many people don't know but there is a walking path and tunnel that goes from the town center underneath JTB and to the commercial buildings on the other side of the highway. Its a walkers dream, especially if you need the exercise like me hahaa. I love Hobby Lobby and Best Buy as they are some of the better stores That fit my habits and hobbies. Also sproat's is a great place to grab some fresh food along with many other restaurants..and of course Publix our Florida favorite. Biggest thing for me is that there are few places where you can grab dinner then go for a stroll drinking a coffee and stretching your legs after and window shop. Nice place. Great shopping and restaurants!
Superb! Can’t wait to move here to be so close to the beach, great amenities, restaurants, shopping, etc! Clean and safe.
