If you have any standards for where you live, dont live here. I was there for 3 months and it was an absolute nightmare. For starters, a week after I moved in we had a building inspection so a worker entered while I was not home and helped themselves by taking my $300 Dyson vacuum with them. Property management brushed it off when I reported it because the worker said they didnt take it. Of course a theif would lie. There was a promotion for the first month of rent being free. Instead, they charged me for 2 months worth of rent and overdrafted my bank account, only for management to tell me to dispute the charge with my bank, to which they denied. Over the next month I put in a series of mantinence requests (10 in total) due to things not working properly such as the ceiling fan in the livingroom, ice machine in the supposed brand new fridge, bathtub drain, and even a lock on an external door. All tickets were closed stating the work was complete and requests werw closed, yet no workers showed up or did any work which I knew since I bought several cameras after they stole from me. As a woman living alone, I expect all locks to work properly and they insisted there was nothing wrong with them, but never came to check. Even the corporate office submitted maintenance tickets on my behalf after I reported this issue, and the workers closed their tickets as well without doing any work. Shortly after all of this, I was impacted by a big cockroach infestation that was coming into my apartment through holes in the walls due to unsanitary living conditions from the apartment below me. They were everywhere, in the livingroom, bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. Even inside the kitchen cabinets and inside the fridge. I had to throw my food away and eventually stopped cooking or eating there. Then all together i stopped staying there for a month. I requested pest control and notified management in 3 different ways that I had an allergy to roaches and I still had to wait 2 weeks before pest control came. They came 3 times in total before I had words with management about the absolute train wreck of a place this was to live at. Even the pest control guy told me that the person below me was causing the issues and the living conditions in there were disgusting and he even suggested i move out if I could because that tenant historically does not allow pest control to enter . Management stated they needed an opportunity to fix the issues so I gave them the opportunity. Instead of fixing the ice machine, they completely removed it and left ice trays. They also "fixed" a lock on the rong door that had nothing wrong with it and never fixed the broken one. They wanted me to pay to break the lease so I met with a lawyer. After enough back and forth bullshit with this place, they let me transfer to another property. The day I had my move out walk through scheduled, the woman I had an appointment with wasnt even in the office and was "somewhere on the property", no one could locate her, and she couldnt even bother to come meet me. I waited a half an hour before someone finally brought it up to the property manager to do it. Shame on everyone that works here. It was an awful experience and I dont recommend this place to anyone. Im so thankful im done with this place. I feel completely robbed of a clean and safe living space that caused an immense amount of stress because they cant do their jobs right.

I have been living here for two years, and will sadly be leaving in a few weeks, because I’m relocating to a new city. When I moved here from South Florida in 2024, the process was so easy, and Chardonnay was a BIG help. I have never had an issue, I have been lucky enough ,to have quiet neighbors in my building. No one ever bothers each other, and always has been respectful. I will say ,over the last 6-8 months, there has been a decline. A lot of speeding through the complex at night, and Dumpster divers, that hit the dumpster 2-3 times a week, as well as the clothes donation box, between buildings 27 and 8. It’s very concerning, especially when you go out to walk your dog late at night. They need to add cameras in that area! Some Dog owners ,let their dogs go outside without leashes, to use the bathroom, so if you are going to be moving into this complex, be cautious ,when walking your dog behind the buildings, just to be safe. Otherwise, this has been a peaceful area, and it’s close to everything in the area, and you have everything you need, without having to travel too far. Maintenance guys are really sweet and always willing to help.
MAA Atlantic are THE nicest most affordable apartments in all of North Florida!! Extremely QUIET here!! Beautiful lake with a gazebo. A huge beautiful pool with a fitness center!! Just all in all the best place I have ever lived!!8 minutes to the beach. Walking distance to Publix, Walgreens. The bus stop etc!! The property manager and staff are extremely friendly and very helpful!!! Paula Collier- 10 stars!! Beautiful hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Includes smart lighting and lock protection!!
I've lived here for 6.5 years. Management used to be horrible but last year a whole new team came in and since, have been working hard to clean up the complex, repair and update the grounds and units. Staff is now friendly, helpful and actually care about tenants safety and welfare. 5 years ago I would have given Maa Atlantic 2 stars but now I give 4. The only reason I don't give them 5 is because of pricing for long time tenants but that has nothing to do with the on site staff. Formerly Woodhollow, Maa Atlantic is a fantastic place to live. Great location. Walking distance to lots of places and less than 10 minutes to the beach. The best part is that they have no breed restrictions and enforce the leash laws so we can all live here peacefully with our big dogs.
Staff here is very friendly and helpful. I moved here from out of state and they walked me through the process and had my apartment ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The few small issues were corrected and they even replaced the entire bathtub and shower due to a crack in the bottom that was repaired. My only complaint is that they seem to allow large breed dogs that are very loud. 2 direct neighbors have pitbulls that bark alot and are not friendly with other dogs in the neighborhood. Have been woken from my sleep a few times because it sounds like there is a dog fight outside and it's the same neighbors walking their dogs holding their leashes so they don't attack other people's pets. Would give this place 5 stars if they enforced the dog policy or atleast required good behavior feom them. It seems unsafe and it is definitely disturbing. Otherwise it is actually a very nice community with lots a tree cover. My apartment has high ceilings in the living room and a fire place. The door lock, thermostat and a few lights are wifi smart and work through the application on my phone. Also the AC is a heat pump so the heat is great and not expensive to run
