Auto Medics Of Saint Johns

First let me start by saying I’m a very demanding customer with higher than average standards. They received my vehicle with direction and they exceeded my expectations and even took a little longer to completely fix the issues. I would say they are 100 better than a dealer or another local garage and will be used again and again as long as they are consistent and more than reasonable! Great job to the mechanic and Melvin!

I had a great experience with Automedics! From start to finish, their customer service was excellent and professional. They fixed my vehicle quickly and efficiently, and everything is running perfectly now. They were honest, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but Automedics definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and quality auto repair. Five stars all the way! 🚗✨

I have been very happy with the service here. I have an older car and I try to stay on top of the maintenance. I trust that their recommendations and pricing are fair. Very friendly front desk staff & convenient location. The waiting room appears to be nice and clean and is stocked with drinks and snacks. Highly recommended!

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Auto Medics of St. Johns for years, and it’s always a great experience. These guys are honest, reliable, respectful, and genuinely good people. They treat you like more than just another customer, and that goes a long way. One thing that really stands out is the consistency of their team. In a world where customer service often feels rushed and people seem miserable at work, these guys are the complete opposite. You can tell they enjoy what they do and take pride in doing it well. That kind of work environment doesn’t happen by accident, and it shows in the way they treat both their employees and their customers. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust these days, but Auto Medics has earned mine. They deserve recognition not only for the quality of their work, but for being stand-up guys who consistently do the right thing. I recommend them without hesitation.
