Accidentally smashed my mother-in-law's mailbox. With her being in an HOA subdivision I had to act fast. That's when Lulu and Sons save my backside. They came out and built the mailbox to spec and the HOA is pleased. They treated my mother-in-law with respect and were way cheaper than their competitors. Highly recommend thank you again.

This business was recommended to me by a large Roofing contractor. I needed my roof repaired and hired them Three people showed up 2 young men and an older guy. I was satisfied with the work they did on my roof so I hired them to paint the exterior of my house. It took them about 2 weeks to paint my 2080 Sq ft house. After looking over the house and pointing of several oversprays I paid around 4k. I noticed weeks later the inconsistencies of paint. I reached out them, they explained it's because the wood siding. As time goes by I notice more and more how patchy the paint job looked and finally had a contractor look at it. He said instead of them painting every surface since it was a color match they "feathered" the job. Meaning they did not paint the entire surface. I contacted the business again and was told he would comeback when things weren't as busy. They never came back. I would say never trust this business with painting ur home.

This vendor was rather unprofessional, careless and should not be used. -Of the three times this vendor came to our property, they never called to communicate with us, the residents, to work out times/contact information. -our biggest issue was when they came to cut limbs around the house, after not setting up an appropriate time, we watched them carelessly, (without the correct safety equipment), cut limbs from around the roof and drop them to the ground. In the process they killed two plants, and broke a pot. As well as caused damage to the screens on the screened in porch. They could have asked us to move our items? Or gave us any notice? But they didn’t not- and rather unprofessionally elected to damage our property. -we requested them to cut more carefully after we watched them drop limbs on our pants, to which they gave us lies that “we guide every branch down to the ground” after we just watched them not doing that? -rather than cleaning up the limbs they cut- they left them at the curb of our driveway. Letting us clean it up and deal with it. How nice. - lastly, and more misc than anything, they turned on our hose and used it (again without communication) and left it on dripping water by the time I got home. They also made a mess of the mulch beds surrounding the house, and left it. And they lastly left the gate to the back of the house wide open and unlocked. A lot of these problems could have been avoided with professional communication. But I fear that isn’t their goal.
