The on site staff has been good, but the internal management is terrible. I’ve never seen a company that doesn’t even give tenants until the 5th to pay rent. Rent is due on the 1st, and by the 2nd midnight going into the 3rd it’s already considered late. Many residents, including those on fixed incomes, don’t even get their payments until the 3rd or 4th. I had to replace my payment card and forgot to update it in the portal while waiting on it in the mail, which caused my rent not to go through and just like that, I was charged a $150 late fee that couldn’t be waived, even though it was an honest mistake. Where is the grace. When I first moved in, several things started to break such as the door knobs and they still fall off, blinds, and even the clogged toilets they tried to lie and say I put a wipe in it! Really, ok like I don't know better than that. It also took multiple lawn companies over a year to finally get the yard done correctly, and we were still billed for missed or half done services even though lawn care is included in rent. I purchased bags of mulch after removing the old mulch myself because they were taking forever to replace it until they finally did well mine was already done. Although I'm renting, I still want the outside of my home to look good. My AC also went out for several weeks, and despite putting in multiple work orders, I never received any rent credit for that month. Oh, they removed that $150 "late" fee because I refused to pay the rent on time that month due to the ac being out. Removing a late fee and actually putting a credit on my rent for the time we was in hot house is definitely not the same and before they reply... they did bring in two portable ac stand ups...mind you I have a 5 br house! I put both of them in the common areas oh the home and that did nothing for the 5 bedrooms! I reported it in March and it didn't get fixed until April. This was especially difficult because my child a 3 years old has severe respiratory issues, and it was extremely hot inside. Eventually, they replaced the part, but the delay was unacceptable. I have uploaded a few photos, work orders, and messages to back up things I’ve said because companies like to change the story. This is just some of the issues that really got under my skin. Pay close attention to the AC work order dates March to April! Hopefully, I’ll be purchasing a home sooner than later and can finally be done with Loggia Pointe. Tenants, where ever you rent never write a review until you have stayed there for a while. Those are the best reviews. Don't just go by what the place looks like. They love to show you a home, you like it move in and write a fantastic review. Management there is no need to contact me about this review these issues were brought up before, and nothing was ever done. BH management is horrible! I repeat horrible! Nothing you can say to me at this point. This will be my last renewal and I wish this company the best and hopefully you will find the courtesy that tenants look for when choosing a home. Bri
I'm so happy I chose Loggia Pointe for my new home! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The application process was a breeze, and they made it easy to get everything done quickly. The location is perfect, close to everything I need, but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here!
Walking into Loggia Pointe the staff was nice and welcoming, they made sure that i felt comfortable and answered any questions that i had. When it was time for the tour the property was so beautiful and i seeing the unit was great, the units are spacious and beautiful, it felt like i was home and loved everything about it.
The staff at Loggia Pointe has made our out-of-state moving process seemless. There are a lot of uncertainties when moving across the country, but we found Loggia Pointe and were able to secure our new home quickly without stress. Our questions were answered promptly, and everyone has been kind and professional. Thank you for making our transition easy.
I don’t know who owns these homes now but I moved November no damages. & my deposit was never returned to me . They required a full months rent for a deposit for a bs reason & soon as my lease was over I brought a house with no credit issues ! I want my deposit back ! No number posted for loggia pointe Is a working number it’s a mess & I wish I never moved out there
