Lofts at San Marco East

To start, this place is good. For the price, it is not bad. It's well kept and the staff is helpful. The reviews about them being mean are from the disrespectful tenants who themselves are disrespectful. As for roaches, I have not seen one in the past year that I lived here. If you keep your place clean and not trashy, then you should have no problem with roaches. You may get some noise here and there but, that's part of living in apartments. You do have tenants who can't drive and treat the lot as a race track, so be mindful when you are out an about with your kids. Overall, this place is a good place to live at. PS, if you don't like trains then don't live here. Because you will hear the train everyday.

We love living at the Lofts at San Marco East. The staff is very helpful & maintenance service is prompt. The property is well maintained & secure. Our apartment is spacious & very quiet. We enjoy the community events & meeting our neighbors. Our apartment is an ADA wheelchair accessible 2 bed 2 bath unit.

They’re very money hungry. Won’t be honest about why I have a late fee, and I’m signed up with flex. I don’t wish no one to move here, they will take all your money. They don’t work with you for nothing. I regret moving here. I have roaches and I’ve have more than 3 incidents. Apartments not even worth what you’re paying.

From the moment I arrived, I felt really well taken care of. Keniel Maldonado, the assistant manager, kindly invited us to visit the property, and I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and dedication. Thanks to him, we had the opportunity to experience a place that truly feels like the start of something new. The staff who guided us were friendly and helpful, and the apartments we saw were all beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. You can really picture yourself creating new memories there. I left with a great impression and truly excited about the possibilities. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
