Our family has worked with Portland Swan from LMH Reality three times. We kept coming back to her because of how good she is at what she does and how much we enjoyed working with her. Portland represented us twice as sellers and once as buyers. In all situations, she was honest and thorough and readily available. Her market analysis was always spot on. Our second home sale was in particular somewhat tricky/difficult as the buyer was demanding and truly tested our patience. Portland served as an excellent sounding board and was able to guide us through the process and helped us successfully cross the finish line. We sadly don't live in Jacksonville anymore and therefore don't have the opportunity to work with her anymore but we recommend her 100% to potential buyers / sellers in North Florida. Our two very enthusiastic thumbs up to Portland Swan and LMH!

Portland with LMH Realty sold my duplex in Neptune Beach for me. Portland was very knowledgable about the beaches and particularly Neptune Beach. She assisted in helping me find the right trades people to fix up the property before selling it. I sold it after owning it for many, many years. She was very caring and understanding knowing it was nostalgic for me and even though it was time for me to sell the place. I would wholeheartedly call Portland again for my next sale or purchase.
Called to view a property and Ross Fanti was extremely rude. Save yourself some time and go with a better company.
