Little Rain Lake Park

Nice clean park. We took our 5 year old grandson to the play area which he really enjoyed. The surface is covered with shredded rubber which is nice and the jungle gym was well constructed and had lots of climbing and sliding elements which were perfect for his age.

Went here to watch my grandson play ball.

We've always enjoyed coming here and watching our kids play. This past weekend, not so much! We usually play music for our girls while they warm up and for walk-up songs. But this weekend was different, as a woman approached us, told us to turn the music down (basically demanding it), and then said, "It's not even English!" We try to play music for every girl, regardless of their ethnicity. This was a Spanish song for a couple of our Spanish girls. Let me tell you, after spending year after year at the ball field (since I have older kids), this one pushed me over the edge! Because, Ma'am, how dare you come over here with your racist comments?! I've never in my life been to a field where someone, Grandma, decides to show her true colors! Now, I say that to emphasize this: the board member who came over and tried to handle the situation wasn't fully aware of what was going on, but he did his best to resolve it. He did a fantastic job, and it was much appreciated! Keystone, thank you for seeing all sides and making a peaceful resolution. (Keeping me out of jail.)

Nice facility! Bring your own chairs n canopy though.
