Lisa was a rockstar from beginning to end. I'm not much of a writer, but she really helped us every step of the way from paperwork to dealing with a mess caused by the lender in the final hour. She was never stressed, aggravated, upset - always professional, calm, and cool. To top it all off, she gave us gift cards to several local restaurants in our new neighborhood, and it's evident she knows and loves Murray Hill. I will be recommending Lisa to anyone I know buying or selling a home, and not in a casual "oh yeah she was great" kind of way, but in the "here's the entire story of our home buying process and how Lisa worked miracles to get us an amazing deal."
