I was totally amazed with the high-quality workmanship and total professional attention to detail. When it would have been much easier to cover up previous water damage to expedite the job, the team took great care in identifying previous water damage and replacing the damaged roof decking where necessary and completing this work with exceptional craftsmanship. From the initial meeting with the owner, Luke, to the final product, we were in amazed at his timely communication and responsiveness. Lighthouse Roofing was quick to respond to our phone call and provided us with a timely estimate. I saw where one of the reviewers noted that Luke was very professional and made the process feel smooth. We whole heartedly agree with that statement and would like to comment further. First of all, Luke is a young talented and professional person with deep moral convictions which shines through in the way he treats people with dignity and respect. His work ethic is beyond reproach, as he is one professional roofer. Lighthouse Roofing is the only company that I am aware of that places nylon mesh screens under the eaves, extending out into the grass so that roofing debris and nails fall onto tarps for ease of cleanup and preventing any damage to plants and shrubs. The screens also prevent any errant shingle from damaging the siding and windows. It is a complete system. We would highly recommend Lighthouse Roofing LLC of St. Augustine, Fl Sincerely, Alan DeLee 3032 Santee Pl St. Johns, Fl 32259 2
Lighthouse Roofing delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered honest guidance, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my roof. The workmanship is top‑tier, the cleanup was spotless, and the communication was excellent the whole way through. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality, integrity, and customer care at this level. I highly recommend Lighthouse Roofing to anyone needing reliable roofing work—they truly go above and beyond.
