I normally hire a photographer but this time we decided to do pictures at a studio. The backdrops were great for family photos. We were in an out within an hour and the pictures came out great. The owner was very flexible with me when I needed to reschedule. I wish they had a digital package but otherwise would recommend. I did get approached by a guy at a kiosk at the mall to purchase a package for $20 like most reviews. However I don’t think others listened that well because I was told it was towards a larger package.
Don’t come here. Total tip off. They will not even ask you if you want any photos with your kids and having you waiting after they took on another customer. I had to wait until the other people were done to take photos included with my kids . It is common sense I had a dress on hair done too. So why can’t you ask from the beginning would you like some pics done with your sons. Also they charged me $245 , while they didnt ask me still any and all options of packages . I overheard them sell digital package dor only half the price of $155 with all photos included .
DO NOT GO HERE. Definitely got duped. Walking the mall and a guy stopped me and usually I say no but with my daughter’s birthday around the corner thought this would be a good deal. They called to confirm the appointment, called back could not get anyone on the phone nor could I leave a voicemail. They called me the next day while I was in another appointment and once again could not get anyone on the phone. After over 10 calls the lady who answers the phone talking about she’s on vacation. Ma’am why is a business using your cell phone and especially while you’re on vacation to service customers. Highly unprofessional, would not give me a refund (said it was non/refundable on the receipt) which was not explained PRIOR to purchasing as it should have been. Keep your mind, no matter how small and go somewhere more professional!!!
Pictures came out amazing! The photographer was so good with our children. He distracted our two year old and he was smiling in all his shots. We will definitely be coming back. The staff was so sweet and the music and vibe was great.
I just have to add my experience with Lifetime Portraits Studio to the roster because I see all the negative reviews from last year. I don't know it it different people working for them now, but my experience was amazing. Me and my son took pictures in March of 2023. They treated us like the great family members of our family treat us. Everyone was great, and our pictures came back in a week.
