Top 3 things we loved: 1) Emergency service that arrived quickly after our sons room caught fire and the duct work needed to be processionally cleaned by a group skilled and knowledgeable with after-fire restoration 2) Same day service in Jacksonville that got the unit cleaned and went above and beyond to accommodate us before the Florida heat hit. 3) Wxtremely polite, considerate, and knowledgeable technicians who explained the repair clearly. Technical Incompetence, Predatory Upselling, and Appalling Customer Service UPDATE: The owner replied to this review publicly claiming they were "diving into this right away" and that management would be "reaching out soon to make it up to me." Another day has passed and absolutely no one has contacted me. My AC is still broken, and, again, they completely no-showed my 8 AM - 1 PM appointment window today. This morning I was told I definitely have the appointment window today. I had to call several times throughout the day to finally be told (after 5pm) someone incorrectly filed my appointment and it was rescheduled to tomorrow. All without anyone reaching out to me to let me know. Their public apology seems to be just for show. See attached images for my original review, explaining the faulty, code-violating work performed. How multiple techs contradicted each other and tried to make unnecessary upsells. How multiple multiple days of appointment windows were given, no-showed, and zero communication was given to me up to this point. And how the company tried to find a way out of liability for the re-work before looking into how their avenue out has nothing to do with the work they performed. Most appallingly, Lickety Split is fully aware they are leaving a home with a cancer patient without A/C for multiple days. Again, they have given me several guaranteed appointment windows, completely no-showed every single one, and provided zero communication. Not even from management. What kind of company operates like this?

Jonathan S. Came to service my home and he provided exceptional services. I was very happy with his professionalism. He took the time to sit down with me and explain what my AC needed. I am very happy with his service! Highly recommend. Lickity split comes every 6 to perform their maintenance on my unit they always ensure it is working. :)

UPDATE: a second team came today and finally fixed the tile. Not just that, they also fixed the drywall where the previous technicians cut to reach the shower valve. Tile and drywall now look great and I can say that I am satisfied with the service. Changed the stars from 1 to 4. ORIGINAL POST: That's the aftermath of Lickety Split replacing a shower valve in my condo. I contacted them 4 times asking to come back and replace the tile their technicians broke. CRICKETS. Very disappointing!
