LENORAE “Lanora” ATTER, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty

I moved to the Jacksonville area 6 months ago and to my surprise the housing market was extremely competitive. Working with Lenorae was a pleasure. She was very responsive, knowledgeable about the area and answered all of my questions no matter how silly I thought they were. She took all of the work out of my handsome. I was so satisfied that I recommend her to a friend. I’ve been in my home about 4 Months and she has continued to check in on us. During a challenging market I am so glad that Lenorae was our agent: I’ll definitely use her again if that time ever comes!

I cannot say enough good things about Lenorae. We started working with her almost a year before we finally purchased our home. She was very patient with us as the type of house we were looking for changed from a condo on the beach to a single family home in Nocatee. Lenorae doesn't just help you find the home that is right for you. She found an apartment for us while we waited for our Massachusetts home to sell. She has checked on the home we purchased each week while construction was completed. She has referred us to numerous businesses for window treatments, new home inspector, etc. Lenorae is very responsive and always returns calls or texts immediately. I highly recommend Lenorae for your next home purchase or sale.

I simply can’t say enough amazing things about Lenorae! She repressed us in the sale of our Nocatee home and got us top dollar. Additionally, she has represented us in possible purchases with investment properties. Her legal background help protect us in multiple ways. She is truly an expert in contracts and all things real estate. After working with her, I’m convinced all agents should have a legal background. The extra layer of knowledge and protection is beyond valuable.

It was a pleasure working with Lenorae to close the business transaction for my investor! She is very knowledgeable and very professional, quick to response, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Lenorae for any of your real estate needs! She is a true professional!
