Legacy Dock and Marine Construction

Ken and the entire Legacy Dock Team are awesome!!! They installed my Wave Armor port a few months ago at a home I just purchased on Dr’s Lake. They were professional and the whole crew was great…respectful of my property and very personable! A few months go by, I haven’t yet relocated from Nevada to Jacksonville, and Hurricane Helene is about to hit Florida. Since I didn’t not know many people in Jacksonville yet, I called Ken and asked if he would consider stopping by my house to ensure my watercraft and boat were storm ready. Sure enough, he took time out of his business and personal day to go to my house and ensure all was secure! He was out there for over an hour working in the rain for a good part of the time. I’m not sure whether to call it southern hospitality, just being a good person, or something else. But, I am filled with gratitude! Thank you Ken!

Legacy did a wonderful job with our recently completed deck, bulkhead and boat lift project. From the first consult and work estimate to the final invoice, I was extremely pleased with the amount of communication and interactions with Ken and all of his workers. Everyone who showed up to our project was extremely polite, very hardworking and more than willing to explain what was going on at the time. As with many projects, there were challenges and changes along the way but Legacy navigated them very well and with great communication along the way. We’ve dealt with many projects since we moved into our house four years ago, but this was the best experience we’ve had and we cannot recommend Legacy strongly enough for a marine project.

They did a very professional job and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction.

Legacy also employs an electrician named Manny Navedo. Manny came to my dock, figured out why my jet ski lift had no power and fixed it with a new cord in less than 2 hours, despite having to make a trip to Home Depot to get the right cord. He also noticed some faulty wiring in my outlet and rewired that while installing a more durable outlet facing. Now everything works perfectly. Manny did great work, charged a reasonable price, showed up exactly when he said he would and was quite friendly and personable. I definitely recommend him and Legacy for electrical work.
