Worst daycare ever, enough said, do yourself a favor and don’t enroll your children here. I witnessed at least 20 children with only 2 daycare attendants several times which is definitely out of compliance with DCF. If you express any concerns or ask any questions, you will be met with disdain and a flagrant disregard for your opinion. If you ask too many questions then you are asked to find another daycare provider with zero notice even though they demand at least 2 weeks notice if you decide to leave. We only saw the owner the first few weeks of our child’s care and never saw her again. We saw her mother and another wheelchair bound caretaker and that didn’t seem like enough people to handle the amount of children they had in the house. This is a bait and switch daycare, they will get your registration fee and charm you and promise you the world then turn around and change the rules on you and it’s your problem not theirs and if you don’t get in line then you can find another daycare and you won’t get your registration fee back. We felt like we got conned and we felt like they were somehow in trouble with the law because we saw law enforcement officers outside their business several times trying to reach “Mrs. T”. It was very odd and also concerning so we left. I would give them negative stars if I could.
While it was nice that meals were provided, the provider was unprofessional and charged over $400 in "late pickup charges" even though there's nothing about that in the handbbook. My kids were kicked out right after the entire week was paid for, I got no refund, and I wasn't even told until I showed up at her door with them. She wasn't the one that told me either. She sent her boyfriend to tell me.
Absolutely love this Daycare ….Ms T is amazing, and they offer the kids so much my 2 year old was off the pacifier in 2 days I WAS SHOCKED ❗️❤️And now she’s currently going to the Potty on her own 🫶🏾
My 4 kids (ranging from ages 8 months to 10 years old) go to Learning and Beyond and they love it. Ms. T is very kind to my kids and flexible with my scheduling which is what I look for in 24hr daycares. She does well with my special needs child who has anxiety/ADHD to make sure he feels comfortable, safe and welcome in her child care. The home daycare setting is clean, smells good and works great for us as I am a single mom who works untraditional hours and want to make sure I have a childcare I can trust and rely on. They do field trips to the park/splash pad etc and my kids have already made friends including my child that's very shy and has difficulty making friends. Her mom is also very kind and helpful like a grandmotherly figure which is exactly what my kids need. Highly recommend!
Mrs. T is amazing. Very kind, caring, understanding, and professional. My kids absolutely adore her, and they love her summer camp. She works with you with whatever needs you have. Highly recommend her child care services!!!
