My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place. The food is SO GOOD. My favorite dish is hands down the lomo saltado. The flavor in that dish is HEAVENLY. The ropa is really good, empanadas, fried cheese stick, black beans and rice mixed together, pork and the shakes are all so amazing! Definitely recommend!
Had the pernil with maduros and the soup of the day (chicken). Everything was delicious and the portions are super generous. It was like eating at home!!! Will definitely return and highly recommend. Update: we came back and had more dishes, the fried fish is to die for!
Terrific place. Co-owners Paulo and Miguel have a delightful restaurant that is a hit! Great food. Wonderful portions and cooked to order. The prices are very reasonable and they have daily specials. A must try this place to eat if you like Cuban cuisine.
First with the good. The mamey milkshake was really good. The guava juice was almost good, but I understand its very hard to find good guavas. Now with the terrible, the cuban sandwich de jamon y queso literally the worst cuban sandwich of may life jesus, made me write a review. Maybe because they forgot to make it in the first place they just put it together. Cuban tamales were as good as the frozen tamales from any grocery stores.
Stopped by to get a fix of authentic Cuban food! I had Empanadas de Carne and a Guava & Cheese Empanada that was to die for. The Mamey milkshake was perfectly sweetened and refreshing. This will definitely be a future stop anytime I’m in town.
