Larry’s is probably my all time favorite sandwich shop. I travel a lot and every chance I go to Jacksonville, I grab some Larry’s. Never been to this location and it did not disappoint. Always great flavors and quality. They ever had cherry Kool Aid!
The food was delicious as usual! I took my son on a Wednesday to try the "kids eat free" bargain posted. Unfortunately, he wanted soup and not a kids meal so I didn't get to save much. I apologize to Tyrell for my thick American accent! I think I really annoyed him but the food was not lacking. I felt obnoxious for trying to be patient and ability to understand me only improved after I mentioned my plans to post a Google review. I hate to take away any props or stars but the annoyance towards me was heart breaking. I love the food and the two young men seemed to be the only two working. Hopefully, my review will help others because I do not plan to return
Tyrell and Hope are great associates!!! Make me feel welcome and know my order before I even open my mouth. After a long day's work its nice to not have to think and feel taken care of. 10/10 Would recommend this Larry's specifically for the staff!!!
Normally, I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Been there 2 dozen times over the last year and always gotten my order right. Today however, was the day I decided to do my review and it was not good. So let's begin by stating that they were apparently severely.understaffed for a lunchtime rush. When I got there, I was 7th in line to order and there was only 1 staff member there to make sandwiches. Staff was friendly and attentive to the customer's but not to the orders. I ordered a with mayo, mustard, lettuce and onion. Didn't get onion or lettuce on my sandwich so it was extremely dry with the small amount of condiments quickly swiped on my toasted bread due to the understaffed development. Other than my order being wrong, everything else was a pleasure. But the end game is just that and I was left disappointed today. Will come again, but today was an off day.
We love this location! Always Fresh and delicious! Great service! We usually come on Sundays and Emily is always there. She's awesome making sure we have everything we need and that we enjoy it👍👍👍👍👍
