I manage commercial properties in South Jacksonville Beach. I filled out a few forms of different locally owned roofing companies, and Joey got back to me the quickest. He came the same day and walked the roof. My client needed a professional inspection and opinion on the status of the TPO seams and consulting on how to repair stucco damage properly. Joey meticulously inspected all square footage of both properties and put together a very professional report. My boss was very happy with Lappin Roofing. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your roof, Joey has the knowledge and experience to provide you with those answers promptly. Highly recommend to all that have questions about their current roof status or need any type of roofing work.
Joey was incredible to work with and I couldn’t be happier with how our roof turned out! We hit multiple storms during our re-roof and Joey was always head of it making sure we stayed dry the whole time! I would absolutely use him again in the future!
