I went to see Dr Land for terrible hip pain, to the point that sleeping in bed was not even possible and walking was a struggle. He diagnosed me with the tightest hip flexors he had ever seen and gave me an honest opinion of how he can help. It took us almost a month, 3 x a week for the first two weeks, then backing it down until we felt I was healing and he gave me some stretches to do and told me to come back if needed. I am happy to say, I am sleeping in my bed, the pain is pretty much gone and I can not tell you how much I appreciated his professionalism and honesty. Most Chiros will want to keep you coming back, his goal was to make me better, not just take my money. I am grateful to him and his wife Kristen and I highly recommend them for injuries that you just can seem to shake. So grateful,
