I had a fantastic experience at Lakeside Dental Care! From the moment I walked in, Sheila and Karen at the front desk were welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond with their hospitality and professionalism, making everything feel easy from start to finish. Sheila especially took the time to explain my insurance, payment options, and available plans in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Liz, my hygienist, was amazing. She was warm, knowledgeable, and so personable that she made me feel like I'd been a patient there for years. She made the whole visit comfortable and enjoyable. Dr. Ryan was excellent as well. He was thorough, informative, and very detail-oriented. He quickly noticed things I'd completely forgotten about and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt pressured, rushed, or like anyone was trying to upsell me. If you're looking for a dental office with genuinely caring people who provide excellent care and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Lakeside Dental Care!
Really wonderful dental facility! I broke one of my molars and Lakeside was able to get me in same day, as a new patient. When I arrived, everyone was so nice! Kendra, the dental assistant was so lovely - explained everything to me and was really personable. Dr. Ryan was very thorough with his exam and recommendations, and was also really personal and nice! Overall super happy with everything about this facility and will definitely be returning!
Staff is incredibly friendly! I’m a 36 year old grown baby when it comes to this! They dealt with my tears (literally) and had me at ease even during my wisdom tooth extraction. Nothing about going to the dentist is easy but they made the process very smooth! I’m thankful I took my co workers suggestion and booked the appointment! I highly recommend them!!
I went in for a chipped tooth, from the moment I called I felt peace! The front desk staff was so helpful and informative, (I took all my 4 kids with me to the dental visit, and they were so accommodating and sweet to them) The dental hygienist was so knowledgeable as well as there Dr, I’m so glad I found them! Could not te immense them enough!
What a great place this was. We all hate to go to the dentist, they made the process so easy. Very knowledgeable and caring. I had a great hygienist ( Ruth) she made everything so easy. Went over my treatment plan and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to everyone. Jack
