Lakeline at Bartram Park

Safet is outstanding. He is always kind, respectful, and quick to help whenever I need assistance. When my washer broke, he had it replaced within a week, which I truly appreciated. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. If you ever need maintenance assistance, I highly recommend Safet. He is reliable, professional, and someone you can trust.

We had an issue with our A/C, and maintenance man Safet responded incredibly quickly. The maintenance technician was professional, incredibly kind, and had everything fixed in no time. We really appreciate the fast response, especially with the Florida heat. Thank you Safet for providing such excellent service and making sure everything was working properly again!

While we’ve unfortunately lost access to one of our pools, clubhouse, gym, and BBQ grills for what seems like months, I find solace in this incredibly peaceful and beautiful outdoor space our community provides. It feels like living in luxury! Thank you for offering a place for your residence to enjoy.

I put in a maintenance request for a problem with our dryer and Safet from maintenance arrived within 3 hours of when I submitted the initial ticket. He identified and resolved the problem swiftly and efficiently, within only a few minutes. 5 stars is an understatement for Safet and the maintenance team here at Lakeline, they are 10 stars. Of the few maintenance concerns I have had here, they have all been addressed the same or next day and provided peace of mind with appropriate repairs.
