From the very beginning, Jeremy Pedaline, the owner, came out personally to provide the estimate and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation team was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely respectful of my property. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and their professionalism and politeness really stood out. It was also reassuring to see Jeremy on-site during the installation, making sure everything was done right. Their customer service is truly outstanding—responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. The guys at Lake Area Heating and Air is an awesome team through and through! My AC system went out right before the weekend, and one of the Repair Technicians (Darren) came out to inspect to see if he would be able to fix it for a reasonable price. My system was almost 20 years old so he advised that it would most likely be more cost effective to replace it rather than repair something every 6-12 months until it finally quits. He called the owner (Jeremy) who came out and gave me an estimate which was very fair, and since it was going to be a day or two before they could install it, Jeremy installed a temporary window unit for me to keep my family cool for the weekend. When the installation team showed up (Mitchell and Kaycen) they were quick, quiet, and got my old system out, new system in, all in around 4 hours. When they were done with the install they vacuumed the area where they were working, wiped down everything they had touched, and left the room cleaner than they found it. They spent about 15 minutes making sure there were no issues with the system before they left. Unfortunately they couldn't spend a couple hours there because after 2 hours of trying to get my warm house cooled down, there was a disconnect between the thermostat and my new system. I called the main company phone number, and when the receptionist told Jeremy what was going on, he hopped in the truck and headed to my house immediately, it was a simple fix that I could have done over the phone but he wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any other issues. All around, replacing AC systems isn't fun, and but the team here made it as smooth and painless as possible, and I would recommend them to any of my family and friends!
