My neighbor’s AC decided it had enough of Florida and quit on a 95° day. We called several HVAC companies and either got voicemail or no answer. Then we called Keystone Heating & Cooling. A real person answered, said, “We’ll be right there,” and Matt showed up about 45 minutes later. He quickly found a duct leak that was pulling hot attic air into the house and then volunteered for a job I wouldn’t wish on anyone—climbing into a Florida attic in the middle of summer. He came back down looking like he’d just run a marathon, but the problem was fixed. No sales pitch. No upsell. No pressure. Just honest work and a fair repair. The house was already cooling down before he left. If you’re in Keystone Heights or Melrose and your AC decides to stage a rebellion, call Matt at Keystone Heating & Cooling. He earned all 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I can't say thank you enough to Keystone Heating and Cooling for their quick response, professionalism, and getting my air conditioner up and running the same day!!!
I can't say enough good things about the service we received. Our A/C had failed, making it very uncomfortable for both employees and customers. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty thermostat, and thoroughly cleaned the evaporator coil. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and had everything working again in no time. The temperature dropped quickly, and the system has been running great ever since. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, professional, and takes pride in doing the job right, I highly recommend him. Excellent service from start to finish!
