Laila Hassan | Christie's International Real Estate First Coast

MS. HASSAN IS TRULY A PROFESSIONAL , INFORMATIVE IN ALL ASPECTS OF REAL ESTATE VALUES AND HELPING IN ALL ASPECTS OF LOAN APPLICATIONS IN ORDER TO GET YOUR HOME FINANCED. TOP SHELF PROFESSIONAL!!

I don’t really post any reviews, but with her i really don’t think she knows what she’s doing. Unprofessional at all. 2 months ago i bought a house through her and she didn’t know how to negotiate and i was the one negotiating with the other agent

I have known Laila for just over three years. She has been my realtor, my friend, and for a time, my boss. In each of these aspects of our relationship I have come to know Laila well. She works hard and smartly, she is savvy about the region and brings a great sense of humor with her. Laila is about business. She gets it done. Her clients are repeat clients, whether first time home buyer's looking to upgrade or investors. Her clients come back to her time and again because of her results. I recently referred an acquaintance a few weeks ago. The home hit the market and in a few short days is under contract. The seller had nothing but praise for Laila. She is fair and finds the number where the deal is made between buyer and seller.
