Ryan came to the house to check the work needed on our dock. He noted all the work we needed done and was expecting a quote in a couple of days at the latest. I never heard back from him or Marie again. Not very professional.

I want to express my gratitude to Ryan and Marie for their efforts in the construction of my sturdy bulkhead. It's been a pleasure working them and their hard-working crew. The bulkhead will be there long after I'm gone protecting our home and property. From the initial estimate meeting to the final completion of the job, the LeConte team exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of construction was coordinated with me to my satisfaction. Marie applied for, coordinated and secured all the construction and environmental permits. These permits were originally not needed and would have taken months to process. Because of their good working relationship with the City of St. Augustine Beach Building and Zoning Department and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, they were secured in just over three weeks with minimum delay in the completion of the project. It's rare to find a good contractor I can unequivocally recommend.

We had an unusual dock project to tackle and had a very difficult time finding a local dock builder that was willing to take us on. Marie at the office was very helpful, encouraging and on top of things. Ryan Laconte was up-beat, a careful listener, had constructive design suggestions and a positive outlook. They used high quality materials. The owner was hands-on, his entire team hard working, honest, dependable, very skilled and professional. Once started, they completed the project quickly. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for high quality, detail oriented work. So happy we found you! Thank you for everything!
