We began looking for a home early in 2021. Unfortunately the market was just too crazy that we were unable to find anything. Kyle kept me on his e mail list so that I would be updated throughout the year every time a home that we may be interested in became available. Fast forward to 1yr later, We're ready once again, and I'm worried because the market is not much different than 1yr prior. I must have sent Kyle a list of over 15 homes that we may be interested in. I can't even remember how many we saw in person. One day when I was unable to step away from work, Kyle went and video toured 3 homes for us. Lucky for us the 3rd one was it! We just closed this morning; I've been left in complete shock of just how smooth and wonderful the home buying process was for us. I don't think that would have happened without Kyle!! He was quick and detailed in every response to any question or concern. He was 100% on top of everything. We truly couldn't have had a better experience!! Thank you Kyle!!

We used him to purchase our first home in May 2020. We had certain things that were a must for a house. Kyle spent so many countless hours hunting for us. We were getting updates on new homes constantly from kyle that matched what we needed. Finally after waiting it out during the pandemic, he was able to find our dream home. I never knew it to be possible that I would find a house in the area we wanted. We got the schools we wanted our kids to go to, we got all new appliances, new roof, just a complete move in ready home. Non of this would have been possible had it not been for Kyles hard work after hours to find our home. If you want someone to work for you, get you all the information needed for a home, kyle can get it done. I don’t think any other realtor would give you the peace of mind that he can give you. You won’t regret going with this young man!

Responses from Kyle were prompt and courteous, he was extremely knowledable in all facets of real estate. Enjoyed talking with him over the phone and in person while he showed us houses. He worked hard to get us to the right closing deal and we would not hesistate to do business with him again.

Kyle is an excellent realtor that goes the extra mile to help us find a home we loved. In the market of 2022 it took work to get through multiple offers and an aggressive market. He made it happen, highly recommended!
