KTM Roofing

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Working with KTM Exteriors was such a great experience! John showed up promptly to give us an estimate on stucco repair and painting our home. He was very thorough when explaining the process at each step. From the repairs to the final coat of paint, he and his crew were always punctual and professional. John was also communicative and easy to get ahold of throughout the length of the job. A friend recommended KTM for this job, and I was very impressed with the quality of their work and would refer them to every one I know!

Highly recommend KTM Roofing! John was absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely prompt, thorough, and offered very fair pricing. What really stood out was his communication — he kept me informed throughout the entire process and made everything incredibly easy. He provided detailed photos of the roof work, the exterior, and even took care of a few handyman-type jobs, which saved me from having to hire multiple contractors. It was so convenient to have one reliable person handle everything. John clearly takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond for his customers. I would highly recommend KTM Roofing to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service!

KTM Roofing — Excellent Work and Highly Recommended After another roofing company and the original builder did a poor job on some repairs, I contacted KTM Roofing to come out and take a look. From the beginning, KTM was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They identified the issues that the previous company had missed and, most importantly, fixed the work correctly. I really appreciated KTM’s attention to detail and their commitment to doing the job right instead of putting another temporary fix over an existing problem. They took the time to make sure everything was properly repaired and left me confident that the issues were resolved.

When they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they mean it. John is solid. Tyler is solid. I got my roof and siding done through these folks. Very competitive pricing. Easy payment options. Very thorough customer service, any time I was confused or worried about something, John was there to patiently walk me through that step or he would receive my concern with urgency. Also they’re great with pets.
