Koutnik Appraisals Inc.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I randomly found Wade through Google, and I truly hope this review helps others who don’t know where to begin. My situation was not a simple appraisal — it was a GR/marital appraisal tied to a lengthy divorce process. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my case, I had to use Wade’s services multiple times over an extended period. In the end, Wade’s appraisal and the opposing counsel’s appraisal (from someone with over 30 years of experience) were both presented and weighed during a court hearing. Wade did not hesitate to stand by his work. He was subpoenaed, took time out of his day, and remained professional, detailed, and confident, backing both the facts and his appraisal process from start to finish. I had no idea how much went into a truly thorough appraisal until I saw the comparison. Ultimately, the circuit judge stated that Wade’s appraisal was far more detailed and appropriate, particularly in how he handled comparable properties in the surrounding area. Wade followed a clear standard and used systematic, well-supported approaches, which made his work significantly stronger than the opposing appraisal. In the end, Wade saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Beyond his expertise, Wade was extremely easy to work with. While I didn’t know him personally before this process, he was kind from our first meeting and even sympathetic to my situation, having gone through something similar earlier in life while raising a young child. That level of empathy, especially in such a high-stress situation, speaks volumes about his character. I cannot recommend Wade highly enough — both for his professional skill and his integrity.
