I wanted to take this opportunity to commend "Jordan", the technician that responded to my home. He was professional, diligent, attentive, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated the pride he took in performing his job and his attention to detail. Thanks again!!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Knockout Pest Control Jacksonville. I was dealing with a pantry bug issue that was driving me absolutely insane. I live in an apartment complex and had been waiting for management to send someone for almost two weeks… and nobody ever came. During that time I was cleaning my apartment every single day, throwing food out, and honestly getting to the point where I was about to throw away all my dishware and cutlery and just start over because I felt so overwhelmed. Out of pure desperation, I searched on Google late at night and called Knockout Pest Control. From the moment they answered the phone, they were the kindest, most reassuring people ever. I’m the definition of “I’m just a girl” also I’m living on my own and I know absolutely nothing about bugs or pest control, and they never once made me feel silly or crazy for being stressed. Instead they were incredibly patient, explained everything, and reassured me that the situation was completely manageable. The response time alone blew me away. I called around 8 PM and by 8:30 the next morning they were already at my apartment taking care of everything. That level of professionalism and urgency is so rare. The customer service was truly 10/10. They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and taken care of. Living alone, situations like this can feel overwhelming, but they treated me with so much kindness and respect and handled everything quickly and professionally. Whoever works with this company is incredibly lucky because the people behind Knockout Pest Control truly care about their customers. If you are dealing with any kind of pest issue and want a company that is responsive, professional, kind, and genuinely cares call Knockout Pest Control Jacksonville. You will not regret it.
We have tried working with a few pest companies since moving to Florida, three in Jacksonville since buying our home just 3 years ago. Knockout is the first company we feel have been direct, upfront, and honest with us. Dealing with termites is not fun, but a clear and direct plan was exactly what we needed. Michael came out and provided his honest estimate and plan for treatment. He advised us on follow-up and re-treatment as needed. Easiest decision to go with Michael and Knockout Pest Control. Communication has been excellent from the first inquiry, responsive to questions and all along the way, including through to scheduling our follow-up after initial treatment. Reasonable pricing for the services and follow up contract too. Highly recommend this company!
Adrian was great! Always very polite and does a good and fast job when spraying for my quarterly appointment. He always lets me know when he’s on his way as well - most don’t so this stands out! I highly recommend him for all pest spraying purposes.
Jacksonvilles best pest control company! They took care of our termite issues and flea issues. They were the best priced compared to others and have the best customer service. One stop shop for all your pest control needs, HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone!
