I had to return an item and the staff were very welcoming and kind. This store is in beautiful shape. The displays in the selection are lovely as well. The choices abound. The aroma in the store is amazing and it's just a great location.

I stopped into the Jacksonville Kirklands just to look around. Ended up purchasing several items with assistance from Cheryl. She was so helpful suggesting which items would look good together. Thanks Cheryl for all your help!!!
I had the most terrible experience at this store the general manager was rude and had a attitude for no reason I was polite and nice I will never be returning back to this store for what I went through
This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at Kirklands! Every thing was very well organized, easy to find, and very fairly priced! Cheryl helped me find everything I needed and more! She herself made the store feel warm and welcoming! I highly suggest this location for anyone looking for cute new decor!
Cheryl, Wanda and Heather were so AMAZING!!! Will be back to this store to see these ladies!
