First, this was our granddaughters choice not something that Bill and I would choose. As always we start with parking in the open Mall setting. Arrived around 6pm for dinner, plenty of parking and sat in an almost empty restaurant on a Thursday. Since it was our first time ordering we asked our server Nico C. For suggestions and clarity. First drinks, no fountain service available, no ice tea sweet or unsweetened. Water came but no lemon 🍋 unless requested. Sorry that's not good so 3 ⭐. Bill ordered the wings and me the Miso Ramen. Nico combined the two into a combo saving us a few $$ so that was great. When the wings came out there were 6?? Now as an appetizer that would have been $10.95, almost $2.00 a wing...way to high. What really cranked Bill's head was the extra $2.95 charge for a very small extra side sauce so 0 ⭐. My Miso was good but not worth nor what I imagined on taste. Adding some soy to it helped but only to 3 ⭐. Granddaughter ordered the Kani salad...talk about spicy 🔥 🔥 🔥. Next was the Chicken Hibachi, she wanted fried rice as opposed to white... can't sub so had to order fried rice for $12.95. Now that's a real rub. Hot Green Tea was good 5 ⭐ but at $4.00 is a bit pricey. Again I must point out that this was not our first choice but perhaps your taste will be better than ours. An $81.00 bill plus the $15 tip or almost $100.00 check made this an expensive unmemorable dining experience
Our server was Cat, or Kat. I'm not sure of the spelling, but she was phenomenal. This was our first time and she was very helpful. You MUST try their house made yum yum sauce. We had fried wonton appetizer, beef ramen, and chicken fried rice. The serving size was note than enough for us and we had leftovers. We will definitely be going back.
Wife and I have stopped by a couple of times. The staff is always friendly and explains the menu well. Both times we have stopped by, the food has been tasty and hot. The ramen is some of the best we have had in town. We will continue to return when we are in the mood for some ramen!
Me and my sister went here, and our server Kat was super sweet and wonderful! The food was amazing, definitely would go back. Such a lovely place! Food came out really fast too, soup dumplings were amazing.
Stopped in after soccer practice on a cool night. We were seated immediately. We ordered the spicy ramen, gyota, edamame, and the golden noodle kinya Ramen. Everything was good. Service was wonderful and fast. A definite try if you are in area. We will be back.
