KidStrong Southside

We’ve had such an incredible experience at KidStrong Southside this last 6 months! As a parent, I can confidently say this has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our 4 yr old. Our goal was to find a physical outlet where he could grow his strength and bodily awareness — KidStrong has helped him surpass our expectations. From the moment we walk in each visit, our kiddo is greeted by name. He feels like a rockstar! That personal touch means so much. The coaches truly take the time to know each child individually, and it shows in everything they do- encouraging progress while building confidence. Our kiddo absolutely loves the all the coaches, especially G, Jack, and Lauren, and looks forward to every class. He even shares his class affirmation and experiences at school and with his friends. This program makes our kiddo feel celebrated and teaches him how to push himself, overcome obstacles, and be a good competitor — and as a parent, that’s priceless. KidStrong Southside is more than a program; it feels like a community. We have also taken advantage of their camps and love all the opportunities they have available. We’re so grateful for the positive impact it’s had on our family and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a place where their child will truly be seen and supported.

Kidstrong is such an incredible place. The environment they foster is so welcoming and full of energy. It truly is such a hidden gem and would highly recommend it to anyone with younger children. But, the real highlight here are the coaches. Most notably Coach Christian, he always has so much energy and shows so much care and compassion with every child in his classes. He makes every child feel like a superstar and motivates them to be the best version of themselves. Overall Kidstrong is an amazing option for every family and I would highly recommend.

I just have to shout out KidStrong Southside because it has been such an amazing experience for our family! Watching these kids grow stronger, more confident, and more disciplined each week is truly something special. The environment is positive, encouraging, and you can tell the coaches genuinely care about every child that walks through those doors. I especially want to recognize Coach Dalayah. She is absolutely incredible with the kids! Her energy, patience, and the way she encourages them to push themselves while still making it fun is something every parent appreciates. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and the kids respond to that. Seeing the smiles, the confidence, and the excitement they have when they see her says it all. As a parent, it means a lot to know your child is in an environment that not only focuses on physical strength but also builds character and confidence. KidStrong Southside and Coach Dalayah are definitely making a difference! So grateful for everything they pour into these kids. 💪❤️
