KidsPark - JAX

I took my 2 1/2 year old son here for the first time after seeing all the positive reviews. I was hoping this would be a place we could take him for date nights and other as-needed child care, but I was pretty disappointed by what I experienced. There were a TON of kids there and only 2 workers. They seemed stressed/overwhelmed trying to look after all the kids. The "teacher" for the evening was carrying a little kid around, sometimes by his arm, which was alarming. She later said it was her grandson, but still.. There was apparently a kid with scissors running around trying to cut someone's hair, the teacher was yelling at the kids... It just seemed extremely hectic and not the environment I was hoping for. I tried to stay optimistic and we dropped him off for a few hours, but when we picked him up, the behavior of the teacher was again strange, and we decided we would not be returning. The person who checked us in/out was very nice, though.

I am pretty happy with KidsPark three of my four children have attended over the years. This is my last child that will be attending and I love this place. It’s for parents on a tight budget without having to worry about sacrificing your child’s safety. My three year-old comes home singing and her best friends are Miss Teacher and Miss Christy 😍 That lets me know that the adults treat these kids right. When I am there for drop off and pickup you get first hand experience on how the kids interact with the staff. At one point there was an unhappy camper and I loved the sign that they put out letting the parents know. It’s just so many things that I could go on. Most importantly my kid is happy and it fits in my price range.

The staff at KidsPark are very kind and work well with my 3 year old daughter. My husband and I go on an occasional weekend date night Friday/Saturday night. My daughter geta very excited when she knows she gets to come here. The staff turnover at my daughters typical daycare is very fast lately. The staff turnover here does not seem as fast since we have seen the same faces for a while and my daughter loves that. I wish she could come here during the week but it is a decent distance from our house. Thank you KidsPark! We appreciate you!

Today was such an exciting day for my daughter as she went to the kids park for the first time! As I was driving up, I noticed Mr. Jason waving and looking so happy, which instantly made me feel warm and confident that my little one would be in good hands. To my surprise, my daughter immediately took a liking to Ms. Linda, even though she's usually not very fond of new people. She went straight to her and gave her a big hug! When it was time to leave, my daughter had a bit of an attitude, but as soon as we got in the car, she couldn't stop talking about all the fun she had. Before choosing this daycare, I had read some reviews, and despite coming across one negative review, there were so many more positive ones that I couldn't deny my daughter the opportunity to be a part of this amazing place she always points at when we pass by. The staff at the kids park are truly awesome! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for both me and my daughter.
