Kid City USA - Oakleaf

Continously neglected and mistreated my child. Then when confronted their solution was to disenrolled my child due“ Our needs not being met”. Throughout our time here our child has been sent home with bruises, that are unaccounted for ( when asked about the bruises, all of her teachers responded with “ I don’t know”) As well as being sent home in another child’s underwear, being sent home in soiled Underwear and clothes. Teachers have been refusing to change my child. As well as my child being sent home with numerous bug bites and spider bites that she even had to be hospitalized for. Even after continuous complaints, no improvement has been made from the school. In fact, the School director( Raven) has went as far as saying that she is scared of me due to my frustration and continuous complaints to her regarding my child being left in soiled diapers when she supposed to be potty trained. Despite our numerous friendly encounters, even her taking the initiative to approach me herself and compliment me on my hair , nails, etc.. The director has also went as far as lying on, not only me, but also my husband, regarding our child’s allergies and conversations that has been made in the past and has had a history of making promises and then when it’s time to implement the promises, acting as if the promises were never made in the first place. During our daughter’s time here the staff has displayed numerous times that they have no interest or care for the Children at the center. However , I am blessed to finally end my Journey here. I pray that the children here are safe and cared for by the grace of God because from what I saw, the staff is just there to collect a check and has no interest in the well-being of the children there and the experience that me and my family had here has been far from a good experience.

I brought my child in looking for a new daycare and the whole staff was so welcoming! The director Raven is also amazing! Also, the center was very clean! I'm excited to enroll my baby😁

I was recommended this location and when I met Ms.Raven the director I see why. Ms. Raven is so sweet, professional and tentative to the needs of your child. Im so happy I decided to send my son here. My son and I love his teachers Ms. Victoria amd Mr.J who both are wonderful with the kids. It says a lot when your child is not ready to go home☺️ Looking for childcare/VPK program I recommend this location!

I spent some time at this location today and I must say.... this is a very organized and clean center. The staff are AMAZING!! When I walked in I was greeted by Raven and Jackie who were both extremely warm and friendly ❤The kids were super happy and very loved by everyone there. Jackie was playing and laughing with every kid that she passed in the hall. Abiyera (who I nicknamed Mary Poppins) was so gentle and sweet with her kiddos. Alexa knew every kid, even ones not in her class. The owner of the center was there helping out. The OWNER!! who also knew every child. Everyone was so pleasant and happy to be working/playing and loving these kids. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone that is looking for a safe, loving and fun environment for their babies!!
