Kid City USA - Jacksonville Heights

My daughter has been going to the daycare a little over a year and there is nothing but positive things to say. Very impressed with the friendliness of staff. No matter what they may be going through, anyone that sees you come through that dooris going to say good morning every single day! And address your child by their name. I know that my daughter is well taken care of, and I never have to worry about her safety or her being mistreated. She loves them just as much as they love her. I would highly recommend KidCity Jacksonville Heights for anyone in the area looking for a childcare

The owners are great. The staff was nice but they were very understaffed. My son was in the two year old class and it was a lot of kids. My son had two accidents in one week so I took him out of the daycare. The staff told me that an employee left and didn’t return and a 18 year old was responsible for watching toddlers. The staff was very empathetic but they are too understaffed. It’s too many kids for a safe environment.

We love Kid City USA! Mrs. Beverly has made such an impact on our child, and the VPK education she is receiving has been beyond helpful. The facilities are very new and clean, which is a huge plus. We love all the staff there, and would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter has attended here since she was 8 months and just turned two. We love it here. We haven’t had any complaints. Communication has been great the entire time. The staff is very friendly and my daughter loves her teachers. She’s very intuitive so that says a lot. We feel very safe with our daughter being here and is thankful for the staff and community.
