We had a wonderful experience working with Khristi to sell our home🫂 Her knowledge of the market and guidance in setting the right asking price made a huge difference. Our home sold in record time, even with another house right across the street on the market at the same time. Khristi is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and proactive. She knows what she’s doing, stays ahead of the process, and provides the guidance and support you need to feel confident in your decisions. We truly appreciated her expertise and the way she helped make the selling process go so smoothly. We’re so grateful we had her on our side and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You can tell she genuinely knows her business and is committed to helping her clients succeed!

Khristi is amazing. She was super helpful walking me through the process of selling my home. She kept me well informed and updated and help me think critically about the market and the strategy we should take. I wish I had her when I was looking for a house. Highly recommended.
Living out of state I was nervous to go through the home buying process, but Khristi made it extremely easy. She made sure she was available and at all appointments in my place. She stayed on top of making sure I knew all of my options, and got me the best deal... down to the penny! Her broad network made getting a mortgage, inspection, insurance and repair people quick and convenient! She is not only professional and very good at her job, but Khristi is extremely personable and easy to talk with.
Khristi was a great help in securing my new home for me. She was extremely attentive, knows the Jax area better than anyone and guided me based on my preferences. Khristi was very efficient with multiple showings lined up, all based on what I was looking for and really had my best interest at heart at all times. Once I selected a property, Khristi took initiative to ensure that my interests were protected and that I was happy throughout. In the end I got a new home and could not be happier. I was amazed how easy Khristi made this process and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new home. You will not be disappointed!
Khristi was an excellent realtor! As a landlord the most difficult step for me has been tenant placement, working with Khristi has made the process so much better. She took the time to listen, and understand what I was looking for in a tenant and provided the necessary advise to start getting interest in the property. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a realtor.
