It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are that we met Susan Fedor with Florida Local Team. We began a relationship that was based on finding a home that turned into a lifelong friendship! We recently sold our Florida home with help from Allen Smith of Keller Williams Reality. It was a bittersweet decision to sell But Allen made the entire process go very smoothly. Was updated on Open House showings, contracts, selling procedures and closing information through emails, texts, phone calls, Allen made us feel very secure about each decisions along the way. My wife and I just purchased a new home in St. Augustine with the predigious Susan Fedor as our Realtor.
