KESHMAN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We are extremely happy with Joseph and the excellent service he has provided from day one. As a military family, having someone reliable and trustworthy to manage our property is very important to us, and Joseph has exceeded our expectations. He is extremely responsive, professional, responsible, and incredibly detail-oriented. Since this is our first experience renting out a property, he has always taken the time to guide us through the process, answer our questions, and make sure everything is handled properly. We truly feel that our home is in great hands with him, which gives us so much peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier with his service and would 100% recommend Joseph to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable property manager

I’m very lucky to have Keshman property management on my side! The owner, Joseph has been excellent in inspecting and recommending improvements that were carried out by his handyman quickly and at very reasonable prices. I selected Joseph because the reviews of happy clients came from property owners who found him by word-of-mouth referrals from existing happy clients and because of his commitment to only place renters that pass the most comprehensive background, employment, and rental history checks. He has gone above and beyond what is required by helping me to ensure the WiFi service I set up for monitoring the property will get cancelled correctly with the provider, something that needed local attention while I, as the property owner am living out of state. If you want the highest standards in communication, service, and renters, look no further than Keshman property management.

I found Keshman property management by looking up “best property managers in Jax”. Joseph and his team were mentioned multiple times so we interviewed him and a few others. What stood out to me was that he’s a straight shooter, no drama, no politics and he was aligned in making sure we found the right tenant. I’m really glad we went with Keshman. He placed tenants within 60 days and made the process seamless. Great communicator and on top of everything. Would highly recommend.

I’ve worked with a lot of property management companies over the years, and I can confidently say that Joseph and the team at Keshman Property Management stand out from the crowd. What impressed me most is how seriously they take the quality, maintenance, and overall condition of the properties they manage. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about both the property owners they represent and the residents who live in their communities. It’s clear that they hold themselves to a high standard and are committed to doing things the right way. Communication has always been professional, timely, and straightforward, making every interaction smooth and productive. Their team is organized, knowledgeable, and focused on delivering a great experience for everyone involved. If you’re looking for a property management company that takes pride in their work and consistently operates with professionalism and integrity, I would highly recommend Keshman Property Management. Working with Joseph and his crew has been a 10/10 experience.
