Kelly DeLucia, Welch Team, Keller Williams Realty

Kelly DeLucia with The Welch Team was instrumental in both the sale of our previous home, as well as the purchase of our current home. She was incredibly consultative, holding our hand through every step of what could have been a very stressful process. She understands market conditions and is competitive, but realistic, in her pricing advice, a detail that helped us quickly sell our home while securing a top offer. If you are in the market for a knowledgeable straight-shooter to help sell your home, Kelly is the ideal candidate!

Kelly is one of the most professional real estate agents I have worked with. She goes above and beyond for her clients and gets the job done. I would highly recommend ‘Kelly and the Welch Team for any real estate needs. She is the best of the best.

I’ve been on different sides of the real estate business for many years. Kelly DeLucia is simply one of the best in the business. She has earned my every referral in the Jacksonville area several times now. She treated every one of these clients like gold and more importantly exceeded their every expectation in achieving their real estate goals. I look forward to doing business with Kelly again!
