What stood out to me the most was just how incredibly knowledgeable Kelle is. She didn't just rush into the procedure; she genuinely listened to my goals, explained the science behind how Sculptra builds collagen over time versus the immediate smoothing effects of Botox, and helped me map out a customized plan that made me feel completely comfortable. Her patient education is top-notch, and her gentle technique made the actual injections easy and virtually painless. To know Kellee is to LOVE Kellee. Never have I ever met someone that is truly ok with chatting about all things before treating or even not treating at all. She goes over the whys, the hows, the anatomy, and what she would recommend with her eye with no pressure. Kellee has never made me feel obligated to do something I wasn’t comfortable with and helps to notice what is right vs what is wrong. We are our worst critics but leaving her, she makes you feel absolutely where you need to be and perfectly made. She is here to simply listen and guide with her knowledge and curating plans for the future at my cost. I had my first BBL/Moxi laser treatment and was nervous beyond belief, for the pain the downtime and the upkeep... She held my hand through everything she was doing and explained the benefits and what was happening next. She made the laser treatment seem so easy and I was already looking forward to my next appointment. Kellee is thorough, reasonable, transparent, and not many providers or companies are that. She has personally gone out of her way to deliver products, send voice memos on skincare regimens and checking in making sure I’m doing alright.
