This place has gone downhill a bit over the past year. The portions I've received (both through Uber and in-person) have dwindled to about half of what it was before. Today, I ordered my usual and it didn't even come with all of the toppings. For 16 dollars, best go get some cheap sushi and it'll have more fish with a nicer presentation. Produce is pretty good, the taste profile tends to be simple and mild (as assumed). Their rice tends to be quite firm, sometimes too much. Food has always come out quickly in my experience. The cashiers are always friendly. For a place that used to be fairly priced and simple, it no longer has appeal. (Bowl was requested with less rice)
The bowls and burritos are decent and fresh. Service is ok as it is mostly a self service restaurant and you wtite your order on a paper. Make sure that you don't order drinks as there's "no ice messages" throughout the restaurant.
Always love coming here. Hard to beat a good sushi burrito, and this spot makes the best. Tons of options to mix and add into your burrito or bowl. They've also got plenty of other food and side options as well. Staff is always very kind. Highly recommend!
Update: I am very happy to say that our experiences here have been fantastic the last few times we decided to visit. We came in with a food allergy and the owner answered all of our questions and offered assistance. The food taste and quality is still above average and they are willing and want to earn our trust and business! Yay! Now a regular place to patron! Thank you for the improvements! So I really like the food here but they really need to change some things. Like posting a sign that says prices have increased but not marking which items have increased and how much more they are now.. like asking for a tip and then making you counter order and clean your table after, like nickel and diming.. well everything. I want to eat there.. I love the salad and being able to add so many items …I like the taste of the food…just not sure I will be….
Walked in with the wife for the first time after being recommended by a neighbor. Walked to the counter area there was maybe 1-2 employees sitting in the lobby on their phone maybe off or on break. Looked for a sushi menu until we noticed they were on the counter and absolutely no one greeted us or asked us anything much less acknowledged our fexistence. We kindly and calmly walked out and I will never return. That is all
