Three appointments ago I asked her to burn a wart off my finger. She told me she didn’t have a Cryo machine, even though a different provider in that office just use the Cryo machine on my other hand, a few months prior. Two appointments ago she was following up on lab results that doctor Somai Had already told me were abnormal, even though they were presenting low normal. I had to insist that she speak with that Doctor Who ended up giving me a prescription for thyroid medication. My last appointment she was doing a Pap smear. I’m 55 years old. I have had many Pap smears. I have a tipped uterus. My cervix is difficult to get to. She put the speculum in and literally said she was done. I Said I felt absolutely nothing. She said well I’m done the lab results were that the Sample was lubricant. The office said I was being referred to a gynecologist. She took one look at my tipped uterus and decided that she was not going to do it. She wasted my time my gas, my co-pay! This is unacceptable. This is three times in a row that I’ve had a bad experience with this provider. Given the level of care the other providers at this office bring she is an embarrassment to this office. This is a perfect example of somebody working for a paycheck not for the patient if you’re looking for a provider, check the reviews! If you have a bad experience with a provider, let it be known. If you don’t talk about it, then it doesn’t get addressed and then other people have to go through what you have experienced.
This provider along with the rest of coastal pulled all of the staff at the Kingsley location for unknown reasons. Our primary care physician was terminated or quit along with all of the staff. We were never notified and didn’t find out until we needed prescription refills they were now refusing to write unless we came in to see a new doctor working there. Prescriptions we have been on for 5+ years. They had no appointments almost 2 months. Particular prescription I am on has horrible side effects when you are coming off of it. By the time I saw them, I decided it was time to just come off a bit anyways, I could not risk being that sick again I’m the only provider in my household. I asked for a plan to do that and was given a printout from the manufacturer, but they thought or care about my history. I followed this plan to the letter and was sicker than I’ve ever been. I could not keep up with that. The appointment was entirely rushed, I brought up several items that were issued to me. None of which did I get any kind of direction or guidance on. Of which was even addressed. You will have better care at a care spot than being a patient of this provider or anyone at this location. It is horrible. It’s evident that they want elderly patients that are regular income for them and post little risk. Anyone else they simply don’t wanna treat as evidence by the fact that they continuously referred us to other places and other specialists where it used to be handled right there in the office. Do not use this provider.
Katy, listened to our worries without rushing us or making us feel like our thoughts were irrelevant. She was nice and very attentive. She looked both my dad and I in our eyes as she was explaining everything. I really appreciate her.
They care about my personal medical issues and gave me the care that I needed and planned follow up to make sure I improve.
With no discussion and without even meeting me for our first appointment, this provider started force weaning me from a medication I’ve been taking for 28 years. Without discussing this change of treatment plan with me, without discussing changing my medication or changing my dosages, or even discussing changing my medications delivery system. I feel so terrified to go anywhere near your office again. There is nothing you could do at this point to make me trust this partitioner ever again.
