Katherine Etheridge, Watson Realty Corp

The agent name Katherine Etherige work not professional. Feel bad big Company have agent work like the kid, I want to complain the agent of the house 2016 millington lane Jacksonville Florida 32246 I simply cannot accept that a major company employs someone who conducts themselves so unprofessionally—speaking like a child, and, despite holding numerous credentials, handling their work abysmally. They called the buyer to agree upon a price; I subsequently signed and submitted all the necessary paperwork, only for them to demand a price increase 24 hours later. I cannot tolerate dealing with someone so two-faced, brazen, and utterly unprofessional. It is truly regrettable that a large-scale enterprise would have such an unprofessional individual on its staff. She told me seller accepted my offer and told me sign documents and send back to her I did everything already I find this to be unprofessional and lacking in ethical standards. I’m not happy and feel bad
