We were looking to put on a prom for a bunch of homeschoolers, and these guys seemed great (you can only find them on facebook and instagram) at first. We visited the venue and chatted with Melissa, and after we left we talked it over in our planning group and were ready to sign with money in hand. They quoted us $1300 full package -- venue and decor, all day on a Saturday for April or May. Perfect, we thought. All I wanted to know is which decor it included (was it anything I saw in the show room or back room? did I get to choose? etc.), and if we could see the agreement or contract in order to pay and sign. There was some back and forth where they clearly felt uncomfortable committing to any specifics on which decor was included, and let me know they would finalize details with us two weeks (!!) before the event. They also never produced a contract for us to look over or sign even though I asked more than once and was ready to book. Before I asked for these details they had seemed so excited and eager to work with us. This sudden clamming up from them puzzled me so I continued to ask questions, such as if they usually just wing it the day of because I was trying to understand how they work and what customer expectations are supposed to be. (For $1300, most people want to know what they're getting and don't want it to be a mystery or surprise.) At that point they stopped responding altogether. Any texts, fb messages, or calls from me or my group planning partners were ignored over the next week or so, so we gave up. Something fishy is going on there. These were normal questions -- are they not used to these? Something's not right. Are they going out of business, are they allergic to money, or do they just not care? We found a cheaper, bigger venue in a nicer location and are DIYing the decor, which is more work for us but I think we dodged a bullet. Is there a reason they don't have a website or reviews online until now? Since you can't ask basic questions and they can't answer them, avoid like the plague.
Such an amazing place has a beautiful really big hall good for a big party or any type of event that you’re looking for the staff and the owner we’re really helpful always trying to make sure everything was good The recreation came out more beautiful than I expected.
I honestly don’t understand what some of the reviews are talking about. This venue has hosted so many beautiful events and helped create unforgettable memories for countless people. Booking is simple and convenient just send a text to their number. Their pricing is very affordable compared to other venues, the space can accommodate a large number of guests, and the parking area is spacious. Karam Event Hall has consistently done an amazing job and continues to provide excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable event venue:))

Booking was so easy and communication was even easier. The venue is large enough to accommodate very large groups of people (more than 125) and comes with so many affordable add ons depending on the package you choose. The best thing about this venue however is the people running this business. They were very understanding and answered every question I had. Not to mention their beautiful decor that made my vision come to life. They made my graduation party look like a dream and I am so glad I was able to find Karam Event Hall. If you are considering booking this venue for your event, don’t wait or hesitate! This is the place for you!
