Julie Jones, Your Jax Realtor @ Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty

Julie Jones was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the home buying process. She assisted me greatly in purchasing my first investment property and helped the process go smoothly. She fought for me to get the best deal possible, she has strong negotiating skills and I would recomend her to anyone looking to purchase or sale real estate.

My spouse and I were first time home buyers, extremely inexperienced and wary of the home buying experience. Julie Jones not only made the process easy, but put in extra work contacting sellers and ultimately, the builder we went with to get an answer to every question we had along the way! I cannot praise her enough for her diligence, transparency, and knowledge throughout the duration of the process! 5 stars all the way!

I was recommended Julie by mutual friend. I was an out-of-state investor so was a bit nervous as I didn’t know the Jacksonville market very well. From our initial conversation, I knew Julie was the right fit. She was patient, calm, responsive, and the upmost professional. I highly recommend her.

Julie was an amazing realtor throughout the entire process. Had our best interest and kept us calm and confident the entire time. Truly a remarkable professional i recommend her 1000%.
