I had an excellent experience at JSE Auto Care. As a BMW owner, I was looking for a mechanic I could genuinely trust to work on my vehicle and make sure the job was done correctly. Finding a shop that treats your vehicle with care and professionalism is important, and JSE Auto Care exceeded my expectations. I came in to have my front and rear brake pads replaced, and even though I accidentally brought the wrong front brake pads, the team was extremely helpful and worked with me to find a solution. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. What impressed me most was their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the work being performed, and made me feel confident that my BMW was in good hands. The shop was convenient, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend JSE Auto Care. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs. Chris Brown
I had a great experience with JSE Auto Care LLC. Communication from Susan was excellent, and their prices were unbeatable. The mechanic, Amauris, did a fantastic job replacing the front struts on my 2012 Toyota Tundra and clearly explained everything that was completed. I truly appreciate the transparency and professionalism. Highly recommended!
I am very pleased and happy with the work JSE did. I needed my brakes done and the caliber bolts was stripped couldn't come off. I was told it wasn't anything I could do but buy new calibers and get them installed. I knew it was possible just had to find the right shop/person. I searched Google and was came across JSE went there talked to them and showed the car. Mechanic said he can get it off and he did exactly what he said he can do and changed my brakes. I recommend this place. GREAT customer service as well as Mechanic. Thank yall for a wonderful experience I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN
For me to begin to tell you how PLEASED I am with the repair, the integrity, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. I have never gotten this genuine concern and rapid repair from a mechanic shop as I have with Garcia and the gentleman Amauri who worked on my car. You all can go to this location knowing you will be guided correctly from those 2.
I had a great experience with JSE. I would recommend them to anyone. They put a new clutch in my mustang and it is running great. Thanks I will 100% use you again.
