I chose this doctor because the doctor spoke Spanish. The first time I made an appointment I waited like 3 months to be seen. The appointment wasn't even with the doctor who speaks Spanish. When the appointment finally arrived, I got to the clinic and they cancelled it right there. I had an accident recently and made another appointment and I almost had to fight to get one sooner. And when the day of the appointment arrived, they cancelled it too and gave it to me like 15 days later and the receptionist was not at all empathetic.
The incompetence of this office and staff is mind blowing. My family member is in dire need of a referral to heart doctor. I have called 4 times (over a few months) and requested the referral. They never send it. This is delayed treatment and will result in legal action very soon. Very disappointed and disgusted.
