John & Sons Roof Repair

I want to give a big shoutout to this roofing company. After two other roofers could not solve our roof leak, this team finally found the real problem and fixed it the right way. They also did a great job matching our shingles so the repair blends in well with the rest of the roof. Ashton and Wyatt were very professional, skilled, and easy to talk to. They explained each step clearly, answered our questions, and shared photos during the repair so we could see exactly what was being done. What felt like a small roofing job to some was a very important repair to us, and they treated it with care and attention from start to finish. The crew was respectful of our home and property, worked carefully in the Florida heat, and cleaned up all debris after the roofing work was completed. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and well organized from top to bottom. We are very happy with the roof repair and would highly recommend them for any roofing service.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. We bought our home knowing it needed a new roof, and after looking at a couple of roofing contractors, we chose this team for a full tile roof installation. We are very glad we did. The pricing was competitive, the communication was clear, and the roofing work was outstanding. They explained the whole process up front, including the timeline for the tile materials, so we always knew what to expect. In Jacksonville, with the heat, rain, and storm season, it was important to us to have a roof system that was both durable and attractive, and they helped us make the right choice. The crew showed up on schedule, worked hard each day, and handled the tear-off with great care. They protected the pool and patio, kept the jobsite organized, and did a very thorough cleanup, including picking up nearly every nail from the yard. The underlayment and base roofing work were completed efficiently and neatly, with only short pauses for the required inspections. They also kept us updated throughout the project whenever tile delivery timing changed, and once the materials arrived, the final tile installation was completed beautifully. The finished roof looks amazing, everything stayed on budget, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. We could not be happier with the results.

out of the three roofing contractors i reached out to for a roof replacement, only two responded and provided estimates. after that, only one team followed up, and i’m really glad they did. their friendly attitude, clear communication, and strong customer service are what earned my business. the crew made the whole roofing process easy from start to finish. they explained the estimate, answered my questions, and kept me updated on the schedule. wyatt and the team completed the full roof replacement in less than two days, and the workmanship looks great. they also did an excellent job with cleanup. when the job was done, my yard and driveway were spotless, and you could hardly tell a roofing crew had been there. i’m extremely happy with the service, the new roof, and the overall experience. i would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

John & Sons Roof Repair was excellent, and I highly recommend them for roof leak repair and roofing work. We had a full roof installed by another roofer before, but it kept leaking and the issues were never properly fixed. After we called, they came out the next day and made several inspection visits before we signed anything so they could find the real cause and recommend the right long-term roofing solution. Their crew was able to spot mistakes from the earlier roof installation and repair everything in just one day. Since this is Jacksonville, it was important to us to have a roof ready for heavy rain, wind, and storm season, and their attention to detail gave us real confidence. The whole process felt professional, honest, and thorough from start to finish. We were very impressed with the workmanship, the clear communication, and the extra care they took to make sure the roof repair was done right. It is a relief to finally have a roofing team that stands behind the work and does not cut corners. We feel very good about recommending them to anyone in Jacksonville who needs reliable roof repair, leak detection, or storm-ready roofing service.
