I recommend Joe highly and without reservation. He markets the home to a level I've never experienced in the number of homes I've sold. During a difficult selling market, Joe went above and beyond to bring in buyers, including holding a large number of open houses, marketing on TV, online, in magazines, mailings, etc. You could not ask for a better realtor anywhere, and especially in the Fruit Cove, FL area.
